Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and customized development services, payments made to Right Data Solution are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Custom Software Development Services

All payments made toward the following services are strictly non-refundable:

Custom software development
Feature customization
UI/UX modifications
API integrations
Data migration
Third-party integrations
On-site implementation
Consultation and technical services

3. School ERP & Product Licenses

3.1 One-Time License

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Software must not be fully deployed in live production.
No customization or data migration must have started.

3.2 Subscription-Based ERP (SaaS)

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billing begins.
Annual subscriptions may be reviewed within 7 days of activation.
No refunds for partial usage during a billing cycle.

4. Implementation & Setup Charges

Installation and deployment
Server setup
Hosting configuration
Training and onboarding
Technical setup and integration

5. Technical Issues

If technical issues arise, clients must notify us within 7 days of activation. Our team will investigate and attempt resolution. Refunds may only be considered if a critical defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Advance & Milestone Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable.
Milestone payments are non-refundable once deliverables are shared.
Client-side project cancellation does not qualify for refund of completed work.

7. No Refund Scenarios

Change of business decision
Lack of product usage
Internal IT limitations
Third-party hosting issues
Delay due to client approvals
Feature misunderstandings after agreement

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of services and possible legal action.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method. Payment gateway charges may be deducted.
